Winks Design Studio offers shipping to all USA states, territories, and even APO/FPO addresses.
Processing
We process orders during our normal business hours Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and ALWAYS in the order they were received.

Shipping Rates & Timing
Winks Design Studio has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at Winksdesignstudio@gmail.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible due to delays caused by the shipping provider. Please ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly and are there to receive your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and get you a replacement or store credit if replacement is unavailable. Email us within 7 days with your order number, name, and issue!
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages you must work with the shipping provider.
