Winks Design Studio has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Tracking Your Order

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible due to delays caused by the shipping provider. Please ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly and are there to receive your package.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and get you a replacement or store credit if replacement is unavailable.
